Hello and thanks for dropping by. If you lead performance conversations at work, this website is for you.
No matter where you are in your organisation, nor where in the world you sit, if you are responsible for other people our purpose is to help you to lead great conversations. We bring more than thirty years' experience across thousands of people leaders in more than forty countries.
Just some of the questions we will be answering in the 'how to' section in resources include:
What words work best?
How do I deliver tough messages?
What can I do to make performance reviews more constructive?
How do I encourage people to ask for feedback, instead of me having to give it?
We will also be including content to support HR teams in developing the best performance management processes for their organization (see below). At the moment the aim is to get the book out, but in the meantime we hope there's something of interest for you already.

A note from Anna
I hope to see you at the CIPD performance management workshop in London on 6th December, details are on the CIPD site here.
Our purpose is to make these skills as accessible and available as possible. Performance conversations are an inexact science, of course, but there are approaches and words that make a difference no matter what the situation. We are gradually building these into a comprehensive resource, including conversation frameworks and example videos.
We welcome all feedback, comments and suggestions to help us assemble the most practical and useful library of performance leader 'how-to's possible. Please get in touch, we'd be delighted to hear from you.
