Hello and thank you for dropping by.
If you lead performance conversations at work, this website is for you.
No matter whether you're a manager, supervisor, CEO or any other level, nor where in the world you sit, our purpose is to help you to lead great conversations with your people. We bring together more than thirty years' experience across thousands of people leaders in more than forty countries.
Just some of the questions we will be answering as the website expands include:
What words work best?
How do I deliver tough messages?
What can I do to make performance reviews more constructive?
How do I encourage people to ASK for feedback, instead of me having to give it?
We will also be including content to support HR teams in developing the best performance management processes for their organization (see below). At the moment we are working hard to get the book out, but in the meantime we hope there's something of interest for you already.
Our purpose is to make these skills as accessible and available as possible. Performance conversations are an inexact science, of course, but there are approaches and words that make a difference no matter what the situation. We are gradually building these into a comprehensive resource, including conversation frameworks and example videos.
We welcome all feedback, comments and suggestions to help us assemble the most practical and useful library of performance leader 'how-to's possible. Please get in touch, we'd be delighted to hear from you.
Receive the latest materials
We will be posting new articles and guides regularly. If you would like us to forward new materials direct to your inbox we’d be glad to help, just let us know where to send them here.
We focus on the real-life skills needed to lead great face-to-face conversations. Workshops range from one-to-one coaching through to large-scale interventions across multi nationals. We also provide train-the-trainer programmes to build your internal delivery capability.
